Now I have the main components for my website, I thought I would start making it. I made another little section explaining slow and fast relative using rain and clouds which again looks very kiddy-friendly and contains some interesting information. I created a title to go alongside the vector of Einstein- ‘Theory Of Relativity, The Easy Way’. I decided to call it this as it shows parents that this isn’t going to be anything complex, and it will hopefully catch more attention from children as they’re more likely to take the easy option if they have to do something like this for their homework. I will also transfer this title and vector throughout my designs so that they all match up with each other nicely. Finally I also replaced the O’s in ‘Theory’ and ‘Of’ with the Einstein vector just to make it more fun for the children.
I added a little sentence under Einsteins vector saying ‘Click on me to see some fun facts about my life’. I am going to create another webpage with a list of interesting facts about Einstein just to add somethings about his life and make it less about the theory of relativity. After I finished that part, there was a big empty space underneath the title and above the infographic so I needed something to fill the gap. As my work is all space themed, I thought the best thing to add was a photo of our solar system. I made a black background on the website but I thought I would play around with it on Photoshop to make it look more space themed. I added a noise filter to the background and changed the blurriness and added a levels filter. This then created a cool starry background. I did the same thing with the picture of the solar system so it all kept within the same style.
